Do you already have a list of resolutions for this 2020?

Sometimes we do not take charge of our life and what we want to achieve, that is why life decides for us, make sure you are present at all times, aware of everything that happens in your life and that you are the architect of your future . If we build a house and nobody is in charge of planning it, surely we could end up with a bathroom without a door, a sink without the possibility of entering water pipes or a thousand things that would simply make the final result not as expected and we would invest more resources trying to repair it and maybe even then it would never be the same as we wanted.

That is why this is a good time to define what you want to achieve this year and how you are going to do it, become your own architect, making sure that at the end of the year everything has been the result of what you wanted and for what you worked, not simply where life took you.

Ask yourself:

- Do you spend enough time with your family and the people you love? One day they can replace you in your work, one day you may not be indispensable and for them you will be nobody, instead your family is the only one who will be with you forever and will accompany you through thick and thin.

- Do you love your job? Do you enjoy what you do and am I serving a greater purpose? If not, it is time to start looking for that thing that will make you not hate Mondays and that most of your life is not wasted.

- Are you with the person you love? You value her and every day I build with her, it is a relationship free of attachments and does it make you feel happy? or on the contrary it is time to let go or it is time to reconnect with myself and attract what you want.

- Do you take care of your health? Do you worry about being better inside and out? When you see yourself in the mirror at the end of the year, how do you want to look and feel? Is there anything you can modify me to make you feel better? Remember that you must exercise regularly so that your body is healthy, if you do not have time now it is possible that in the future you will have to make time for the disease. Practice meditation, which helps you relax and connect with yourself.

 

- Are you surrounded by people who fill you up and make me better? And are they people I admire? Remember that you are the result of the five people with whom you relate the most, make sure they are the people you want to become.

 

Write all your resolutions for this year, analyze what you can do in each area to fulfill them and start working on them, so that at the end of 2020 your life and the lives of the people around you will be better, put aside fears and Attachments, generally they are greater in our mind than in reality, what limits us is often just part of our imagination.

 

Make sure that tomorrow your life and that of the people around you is better than today.
